Alfonso came to the United States as an immigrant, built businesses to support his family, and gained hard-earned experience across construction, demolition, building inspection, property cleanup, and one-off jobs on residential and commercial properties. That background shaped the way we approach cleanouts today: assess the property, understand the timeline, remove the right materials, communicate clearly, and leave the space ready for what comes next.
It all began when a family member needed help after evicting a nightmare tenant from a Seattle rental.
